We visited Mark’s Garden recently for a very sad occasion. My Boyfriend’s Daughter, Erika Santilli Edwards, was killed in a hit and run on Sunset Boulevard on June 29th. We were in town from Rhode Island to attend her funeral. First we wanted to leave flowers at her memorial on Sunset before her funeral. We were unfamiliar with the area so our GPS led us to Mark’s Garden.
We were met with their beautiful shop and the nicest staff. We struck up a conversation with Nicole. When we told her we’d be placing the flowers at Erika’s memorial, Nicole was so kind, offered her sympathies to us and told us there would be no charge. Then another staff member wrapped up the most beautiful bouquet.
This tragedy has been so awful for the entire family. But hardest on Tony, Erika’s Dad. When something like this happens, how can it not make one lose their faith in life? It is my belief that we walked into your shop that day for a reason. Nicole’s kindness and empathy was for us a moment of grace. And a reminder to a grieving Father that good still exists in this world. Thank you Nicole and Mark’s Garden from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️

Boy did I get lucky to find Marks Garden. Nichol and Mathew (lady) and Emalie were “WONDERFUL” They were very helpful in selecting the flower arrangements for my two events. One was dinner at Array 36 in San Gabriel.
The other was brunch at Four Seasons in Westlake Village.
Emalie was very patient with me. She never pressured me. Mathew was helpful each time I called in, and there were many calls. Nicole was very knowledgeable and of course helpful.
I actually reached out to a few other florists. I even went ito others. None had the genuine interest that Marks Garden staff had.
The final results for each event(my 80th birthday) were GORGEOUS, and exactly what I wanted. Of course they were delivered “ON TIME.”
I could not have wished for better.

GORGEOUS. I ordered the full succulent arrangement for my friend as a sympathy gift. The online process was simple and communication was professional and attentive. The arrangement itself was stunning and my friend is very happy. She said every time she comes down the stairs makes her happy.
